US and Canada-based customers who spend over $20,000 USD on the Four Seasons Collection will receive an exclusive one-off visit from a Sobel Westex concierge, who will provide a specialized in-home linen and bedding preparation service.

The concierge will either install your new bedding to your exact requirements, or provide in-depth training to house staff. Either with staff observing, or with a hands-on training session with expert guidance and assistance from the concierge.

Additional pieces, such as spare bedding or terry sets that are not installed during the visit will be laundered, and prepped for storage. Items will be provided to the homeowner or their house staff.

Uniformed Sobel Westex staff will wear protective clothing and shoes at all times while on duty, or remove footwear entirely to comply with the standards of your home.

If you have ordered our Signature Four Seasons mattress, the in-home concierge visit may be scheduled after bed delivery has also been confirmed.

At the end of the in-home concierge visit, a review is arranged with the homeowner or their staff to provide comprehensive written material, explaining procedures for future laundering and care, as well as a card to contact the concierge for further help or advice.

Customers who make cumulative purchases of twenty thousand dollars (U.S. $20,000) in a single transaction through shop.fourseasons.com will receive an invitation to participate in an in-home concierge service from a Sobel Westex customer service representative (the “Concierge Perk”). The Concierge Perk shall consist of a one-time visit from a Sobel Westex concierge who will provide a specialized in-home linen and bedding preparation service, as further described at https://shop.fourseasons.com/pages/concierge. Customers may receive the Concierge Perk with each additional $20,000 transaction on shop.fourseasons.com.
