Additional Mattress Delivery Information (*if mattress is purchased)
Please read the following important information regarding your Four Seasons mattress and/or foundation purchase and delivery:
Each Four Seasons mattress and/or foundation is made to order and requires approximately 4-6 weeks for delivery. Once your order is placed, a Customer Service agent will contact you to confirm your order and to assist in coordinating with the in-home delivery agent to arrange a delivery date and time (including complimentary removal of your old mattress/foundation if desired).
Please note, while delivery is included in the cost, certain geographical areas are subject to an additional fee of $500 which, if applicable, will be added to the cost of the item following identification of your shipping address. In addition, delivery services and the ability to request removal of old mattress/foundation will vary based on the shipping address including, in certain areas.
When your order is delivered, please check your products to ensure everything is correct and there are no damages before the delivery agent leaves. If you discover any damage or item discrepancy (size, firmness, etc.), please do not accept shipment of the piece(s) in question. Please note the item(s) and the reason for refusal on the delivery documentation and return to the delivery agent (they do not have the right to make you accept incorrect or damaged items).
