Return Policy
Regular Priced Merchandise
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery.
Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment. You must postmark your items for return within 30 days of delivery receipt to be eligible for a refund. All costs of shipping to return the items are your responsibility.
Please note we do not accept exchanges or returns on monogramed items, books, mattresses and/or foundations.
Expedited shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
All items returned for a refund must be returned in “as new” condition, in the original packaging and include all products purchased within a set. Any item that is not in its original condition, is physically damaged, or is missing parts will not qualify for a return or refund.
Sobel Westex reserves the right to refuse service.

All sales of items marked as “Sale” are final and are not eligible for return, exchange or refund.

If your item was damaged upon receipt or if you believe the item you ordered has a manufacturer's defect, please reach out to our Customer Support team immediately at +1-702-479-4017.
Please allow 10 to 14 business days following the date the item is received by us for your return to process and the credit to reflect on your card.
Risk of Loss
The risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website passes upon delivery to customer.
